Terms of Service
Effective 22 August 2026 · The Pain-Free Body
These terms cover your purchase and use of The Pain-Free Body: A Visual Guide ("the Guide") and this website. By buying the Guide or using the assessment, you agree to them.
Who you are dealing with
The Guide is sold by The Pain-Free Body. You can reach us at support@everydaypainrelief.com. Payment is taken by Whop, which acts as the merchant of record for your order. Whop's own terms cover the payment itself.
This is not medical advice
The Guide is educational material, not medical care. It does not
diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute
for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or other qualified professional.
Talk to a professional before starting, especially if you are pregnant, have
had surgery or an injury, have a diagnosed spinal or joint condition, or take
medication that affects your movement or balance. Stop immediately and seek
help if an exercise causes sharp pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness or
weakness. Never work through pain that feels wrong.
The on-site assessment, including any score or estimated date it shows you,
is an illustration based on your own answers. It is not a diagnosis,
not a prognosis, and not a prediction of your results.
No promise of results
Everyone's body, history and consistency are different. Nothing on this site or in the Guide is a guarantee that you will get a particular result, or any result, in any timeframe. Descriptions of other people's experiences are not a promise that yours will match.
What you get
A one-time purchase gives you a personal, lifetime licence to the Guide as a digital PDF: six pain areas, their causes, and 54 illustrated exercises. Delivery is immediate — you download it as soon as checkout completes, and it is also available through your Whop account. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Price and payment
The price shown at checkout is what you pay, in the currency shown. Any discount is applied at checkout. Taxes are calculated by Whop where they apply. We can change the price at any time, but never for an order you have already paid for.
Refunds
If the Guide does not help you, email support@everydaypainrelief.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to return anything — it is a digital file. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If you are in the EU or UK
Digital content normally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the
Guide is delivered the instant you pay, you are asked to agree at checkout
that delivery begins immediately, and you acknowledge that this ends that
14-day right once the download starts.
This does not reduce your rights: our 30-day refund promise above
is longer and more generous than the statutory period, and it applies to you
in exactly the same way. Your other consumer rights under local law are
unaffected.
What you may and may not do with it
The Guide is for you. You may read it, print a copy for your own use, and
keep it forever.
You may not resell it, share the file or your download link, upload it
anywhere public or private, republish the illustrations, or use any part of
it in your own product or service. The Guide and everything on this site
remain our intellectual property.
The site itself
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, pause or withdraw the assessment or the offer at any time.
Limits of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any injury, loss
or damage arising from your use of the Guide or this site, including any
exercise you choose to perform. You take part at your own risk, and you are
responsible for deciding whether an exercise is appropriate for your body.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the amount you
paid us. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused
by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be
excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you buy. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which we are established, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
